Testing i.MX, I/O's?

I'm Trying to build an ATE for my i.MX boards, want to verify proper soldering and functionality.

thing to be tested, 4 LVDS lanes and all i.MX I/O's.

how do I verify the LVDS functionality?

Can I access the graphic drivers and library with uBoot?

If I decided to use Yucto, what it the fastest boot time?

will boundary scan works to test all the I/O's? if it does, where will I find some more documents?
