Hi,

I am evaluating the ox03c10 camera with imx95-19*19-evk.
I have the 360 SVS setup with me. 4 mx95mbcam along with SerDes, but I am using only 1 camera from that setup.
EVK Setup Details: Linux imx95-19x19-lpddr5-evk 6.12.20-lts-next-gdfaf2136deb2-dirty #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed May 13 05:19:25 UTC 2026 aarch64 GNU/Linux

As per my understanding, the existing sensor driver in the imx95 kernel src supports 3 exposure HDR(HDR4 Raw 16bit pwl with 1920*1280@30 fps).
I wanted to run it with dual exposure HDR(HDR3 Raw 16bit pwl with 1920*1280@60 fps).

I have a few queries regarding the architecture and the flow:

1. Why are 2 lines of embedded sent along with the actual data? Is it required every time for all the diffrent configuration which I wanted to try?

2. Can you provide the register configuration to change fps from 30 to 60? Does it also need any changes in SerDes?
3. What are the changes required to achieve HDR3?
4. Why does the existing sensor setup have flickering effects, idealy since HDR4 is running the default, it should be able to do LFM.

refer to the guide, OX03C10 does have embedded data which in the top lines, for more detailed of this, you should refer to the camera data sheet

for imx95, HDR combining of 2 exposures, for the frame rate set, you can set in the libcamera or gstreamer user space level

Which guide needs to be referred to? I have a camera datasheet reference, but what is configured in the existing driver? Why am I getting too many flicker effects?
