SoC's I/I vs Processing Speed

I am looking for a 1.6 GHz or faster SoC with at least 6 UARTs (among other features). I found one with 6 UARTs but it runs at 1 GHz:

i.MX 6Solo (Cortex A9, Cortex M4) with 6 UARTs, but this runs at 1 GHz: http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/brochure/FLYRIMXPRDCMPR.pdf

I am finding that it is common to use a LPC (Low Pin Count) bus and add on I/O / Super I/O / Controller Hubs to add additional I/O support.

I would like to minimize development with these features integrated into the chip. There are a few others out there that come close but I still haven't found what I am looking for.

Does anyone have any recommendations ? Thank you.
