Secure Firmware v/s System Controller Firmware [ SCFW ] ??

Hello NXP

1]  I'm working on i.MX 8M Nano EVK Board

2]  So, i want to know the difference between Secure Firmware and System Controller Firmware [ SCFW ]

3]  Is there any demo Secure Firmware available for flashing into i.MX 8M Nano EVK  ?? If yes, please share the same.

4]  And could you please share any Document or PDF related to secure firmware and SCFW for better understanding
