[Sabre Lite] flashing and debugging in eclipse without JTAG

Could anyone please let me know if one can flash I.MX6q and debug the program without JTAG? I'm setting up Eclipse for the Sabre Lite board and don't have JTAG emulator. If I would not use Eclipse, minicom and u-boot would work for flashing with RS232. But I have no idea how to make it if I use Eclipse.

  For image flashing the MFG may be applied.

As for debug, please look at the following Sharing debug i.mx6 from uboot to kernel to jni with Eclipse

Dear Yun,

thank you for the asnwer. The Sabre Lite board has u-boot., but instead of using OS I'd choose bare metal programming. Thus I'm afraid that the debugging method couldn't be used.
