I want to reserve 4 bytes in SDRAM , How can i reserve the 4 byte into SDRAM

You can use the "MCU settings" menu on the project properties of MCUXpresso so you create a RAM area with the directions you want to reserve from your SDRAM.

Properties -> C/C++ Build -> MCU settings
