SCM i.MX 6Q Modules

We are looking at a new design using the Single Chip Module-i.MX 6Q modules and can't find any info on available POP RAM.

Is this module current and available?

Are there alternate RAM POP packages that are available?

I tried to sign up for the industrial beta program but the form is not working.
