SC FW API for Share the resource between Partition 0 to Partition 4

Hi All,

I unable find out proper API to use one resource (ex: UART) from partition 0 (scfw) to partition 4 (M4 Core 1). 

Will you please give some API example to move resource/ pad one partition to other partition.
