Request documentation for Defect Pixel Cluster Correction (ISP) for IMX8M+

Hi team,

Where can I find information about the Defect Pixel Cluster Correction (ISP) for IMX8M+

DPCC is/was mentioned in the IMX8M+ Applications Processor Reference Manual, but I would like to know more details

(also, since IMX93 doesn't mention a DPCC, I'm presuming that the IMX93 does NOT do this - please correct me if I am mistaken)
