Reliability data for iMX287

Hi everyone,

Can anyone provide reliability data for iMX287? I'm aware that Freescale won't provide MTTF values (not even with an NDA?). However, I have come up with Lifetime Usage Estimates documentation for IMX6. Is it available an equivalent documentation for IMX28 products?
