RTOS on IMX6UL

Kindly I am using IMX6UL board without DDR. I want to run RTOS on it but failed to find proper guide to run RTOS on it. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

I am not aware of RTOS for UL, seems one can look similar solutions on
