RGMII impedance control

Please teach me about the i.mx8 board design.

Referring to the i.MX 8M Mini Hardware Developer's Guide, the impedance control for Ethernet is listed as 100Ω±10%.
Is this a recommended value not only between PHY and connector, but also between CPU and PHY (RGMII)?

Please let us know if there is a recommended value for RGMII.

I have referred to the table below.

Is this value(100Ω±10%) also recommended for traces between CPU and PHY (RGMII)?

I am concerned that this value may be the recommended value for PHY to connector.

Please let me know if there are any other pages I should refer to.
