Hi,
The datasheet and RM both state that the max clock requency for DDR3 RAM is 400MHz (can be written as DDR3-800 due to the double data rate) but the hardware reference manual for the quick start board (IMX53QSBRM.pdf) says that the SDRAM should be rated for 1066MHz or faster (chapter 5.5 "DDR3 SDRAM Memory").
Can anyone explain this discrepency?
