Question, i.MX6SoloX ESD values

Dear team,

Here are the questions around i.MX6SoloX from my customer.

(1)           

For the following values written in Datasheet of i.MX6SoloX,

Vesd_HBM: 2000V

Vesd_CDM: 500V

Can I understand that those values are applied to all pins of i.MX6SoloX?

(2)

Please show me the test conditions for characterizing those values.

Could you give the answers to the above questions?

Thanks for your useful information.

The AN describes about the test method at 2.2.6.1(HBM) and at 2.2.6.3(CDM). Can I understand that i.MX6SoloX is also tested according to the methods?
