Question for BSDL on imx8 family

Dear colleagues,

I am working on enable BSDL test on MEK for imx8qx silicon right now, I got a document AN13215 which showed us how to run this test with TRACE32. I got BSDL file for silicon already, and I need some help from team.

1. I do have some issues, with trace32, I need cmm files accordingly. Does anyone can help? 
2. Based on description, I need to attached scu in SDP mode, but when I attached SCU with coresight-scu.cmm in SDP mode, I got below message from trace.

Maybe you are not in correct box, you should create it in internal box.
