Parallel Camera Interface

I would like to use the parallel camera interface in YUV mode on the i.MX6Q. How should I connect Y and UV (16 bit I/F), and what is the mux timing?  Is this YUV 16 bit input mode supported in Linux package? Android package?   Any documentation on this subject is welcome.   Thank you very much,   Jacques
