Operating Ranges for VDD_SOC_IN when it operate over 328MHz

Could you tell me the operating range for VDD_SOC_IN when it operate over 328MHz ?

for i.MX6DL VPU operation > 328MHz is not specified, according

to Table 69-2. VPU Clocks i.MX6SDL Reference Manual :

"VPU functional clock. Controls all VPU decoding functionality, with a
maximum frequency of 328 MHz."
