Need thermal Flowtherm or Icepack model

We are using 8M Mini dual core processor MIMX8MM4CVTKZAA and its recommended PMIC part# PCA9450AHNY. 

We need these chips Ice pack or flowtherm model for thermal simulation.

Please share ASAP.
