I'm trying to get my imx25 to use 16bit NAND and it works to ID the chip and erasing it, but something either READ or WRITE is failing with some ECC (Uncorrectable ECC) since I get this on every READ.
Does anyone have a patch for u-boot or Linux for 16bit NAND? since the code in there doesn't seem to work off the shelf and I've seen very few DevKits or people using 16bit NAND with imx.
I'm happy with patches for u-boot, linux for any imx that is similar...
