MX51 - How to run a RAM test from IRAM

Hi All,

We are trying to determine how to run a RAM test from IRAM. We realize that there is a serial loader that performs this operation, but the board was not designed to allow setting of the boot source to Serial Load. We are also hoping to copy the binary (be that a custom version of u-boot or a custom application) from Linux to IRAM and then jump to it.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to load to IRAM from Linux and execute the binary?
