Hi Community,

I am exploring power state modes in imx7d-sabresd board with TFT3P5581-E MIPI display from NXP. I am using default binaries from L4.9.11_1.0.0_iMX6UL7D, and imx7d-sdb-mipi-dsi.dtb as a DTB.

The issue I am facing is, when I am going to any power state mode(standby, freeze, mem) and again coming back from power save mode using ON/OFF switch on board.

I am getting below error and my MIPI LCD also doesn't showing anything.

root@imx6ul7d:~# echo mem > /sys/power/state

Same error for freeze and standby also.

Can anyone help me with this issue.

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Is the  power state issue the only problem with the MIPI display?

All the rest is working?  Rev.C of the SDB may require some rework.

Have a great day,
Yuri

Hi Yuri,

I am using REV D of SDB board.

Yes, power state issue is only with MIPI DSI.
