I am working with the MIMX8MM4CVTKZAA processor and need detailed information on its total power consumption. I have reviewed available datasheets but couldn't find precise power figures.

Could anyone provide insights into:

1. Typical and maximum power consumption values for the IC?
2. Any official documentation or power estimation tools from TI?
3. How workload, voltage scaling, and frequency impact power usage?

Any references or real-world measurements would be greatly appreciated.

OR 

Already calculated power consumption details are available particularly only for processor IC regardless of application (considering graphics in the application).

Else give info on heatsink related power consumption detail for the IC.

No such power consumption data.

Customer could do the thermal simulation with thermal models to select the heatsink.

But the thermal model need NDA.
