I only find the information like this for imx6ull

the package marking scheme is as follows. The upper row is the part number. The next row is the manufacturing site code (first 3 letters) and manufacturing date code (next 4 digits). The third row is the maskset code. And, finally, the bottom row is the country of origin (on the left) and lot ID code (on the right).
