Hi,

We have a design that uses the MCIMX6S5DVM10AC device with PMIC MMPF0100F2AEP. The design then reported a failed soft reboot (cmd reboot without plug off) and caused a freeze screen on the instrument. Hence, we would like to know:

1) Which pin of the MCIMX6S5DVM10AC processor IC is used for reset?

2) How can we verify the reset power pulse? Do you have any reference pulse diagrams?

Thanks!

Hello; I hope you are doing well.

I suggest you check the section 60.4.1 "Reset and Power-up Flow" of reference manual to check information related to reset signals managed by the SRC module:

Please check a reference pulse timing diagram on datasheet:

Hello,

Yes, that should be the pin to check POR_B (C11).

Best regards.

For POR our Product Engineer try on the C11 pin. But for reset, which pin should we use ya?
