MCIMX6D6AVT10AD thermal issue??

Dear All:

 The "MCIMX6D6AVT10AD" is using on our project , but we meet  80 degree can't start up system and 100 degree shut down system issue.

  There are several question as blow:

  1. The "MCIMX6D6AVT10AD" is automotive grade that temperature range is -40 degree to 125 degree , but the thermal limit still set the 80 degree and 100 degree, why????

 

  2. Does the thermal limit that  80 degree and 100 degree for all i.MX6 series???

  3. Can we adjust the thermal limit by ourself ???
