MCIMX535DVP1C2R2--Did this item has both mask set "N78C" and "3N78C" now?

I checked datasheet, which showed only "3N78C" for MCIMX535DVP1C2R2.

I also found PCN, which show MCIMX535DVP1C2R2 changed from "N78C" to "3N78C" after year 2014.

Does it mean MCIMX535DVP1C2R2 should only have "3N78C" for new d/c? And if marking show "N78C", this should old d/c?

Can you directly reply to above question ? 

If new DC MCIMX535DVP1C2R2 with package marking 3N78C but die marking N78C , can we think this is counterfeit part ? Is it possible ?
