Linux3.14.52 Imxplayer doesn't work well

I had use sabresd6q based board to deploy Linux 3.14.52 with qt5, the problem is the imxplayer provied by freescal doesn't work well, it can play with no video pictures except audio. but i use qmlvideo  qmlvideofx  and gst-launch-1.0 to play video well. Is there some answers about the problem?

please check nxp L3.14.52 official documentation, seems this application is not supported

Thanks for your reply. In the i.MX_Linux_Release_Notes.pdf, I found follow note:

I think my board's hardware video codec didn't work. how can i test my board to know if it work well?
