Linux limitation when two camera input

Let me confirm about limitation of Linux.

I want to use two camera input in i.MX6Q and  found a following thread.

Does the issue fix in latest BSP ?

Hello Ko-hey,

    The latest linux BSP doesn't support to display 2-camera image(one is for MIPI, the other is for CSI) at the same time. But we have a solution called 'surround view patch' which supports 4-camera input and display 4-channel images. For more information, see the following link, please!
