LVDS data input

Hello,

for a project I need to connect a CMOS image sensor with an AP or MCU. The data output of the sensor is LVDS. After some research I saw that the i.MX 6 SoloX has an LVDS interface. In the datasheet is mentioned that this interface is for connecting a display but is it possible to use it as data input?

Hello,

Unfortunately no, i.MX6 does not support LVDS inputs. It supports MIPI interface cameras, such as OV5640 that can be used with i.MX6.
