What is the maximum resolution we can get by using only one LVDS Channel.?? As per information I think it is not possible to achieve 1080p HD resolution by using only one LVDS channel.
There is a 31.5 inch LVDS Display, having two channel input, and resolution 1920x1080. How is it possible to increase the resolution to get Full HD 1920x1080 ? i.e. what input must be supplied to the LCD input pins,?

Hi,
If you don't use split mode than you will not get the 1080P.
Dual Mode is used to display same data on two display.
You can try if you want, and share your result.
Thanks

Hello All,
Split mode is understood, but what if I don't go for SPLIT mode, instead I choose Dual Channel Mode.
i.e. Using only channel one , and then providing the same data to both the input ports of the Display.?
will that give a proper image/display, or will it spoil the contents !
Thanks.

Hi Saurabh,
Using two channels is fine, even the Display supports that, but am worried about the mode to be used, Should I go with Dual Channel Mode , or Split Channel mode ?
Thanks.
