LPDDR4 memory size requirement for Linux

Hi, 

We are building a custom hardware around iMX8M Mini and LPDD4. We will be running Yocto Linux in our board along with u-boot. 

We wanted to know what is the minimum LPDDR4 size required for Yocto with all functionality.

For iMX8M Mini recommended to follow EVK design, as it was optimized for best performance.
