LPDDR4 diagnostic test

Hi Team,

I would like to test my LPDDR4 RAM while starting of my application services. Please suggest tool/utility that we can use it.

Note: We have idea of memtester/memtester.c at master · jnavila/memtester · GitHub  utility.
