L2 Cache as OCRAM (imx6ulz)

newbie to imx6 platform.

In the reference manual of imx6ulz, I noticed that L2 cache could be used as OCRAM. Does this mean if MMU is not used and the processor is intentionally used only with uboot, or some RTOSes (if any), rather than booting into a Linux system, there are totally 256KB sram available (128KB OCRAM + 128KB L2 cache)? If so, what is the memory address of "L2 cache as OCRAM"? I found only one region of OCRAM in Table 2-1. System memory map, in rm. Or I got it wrong. The 128KB OCRAM and the L2 Cache are the same device configured as different working mode?
