Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill the idle task!

Hello NXP
I am using iMX8M mini with sd card and eMMC (SDINBDG4-32G-XI1) while booting it from sd card it is working fine, but while booting from eMMC it is giving "Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill the idle task!".
what could be the possible reason.

Are you using a custom board?

Could you please share the eMMC schematic diagram section?

Also, please share the logs including U-boot logs.
