Interfacing higher datarate DDR3 with i.MX6

Interfacing DDR3 memory having higher data rate with i.MX6ULZ.

With reference to the attached data from i.MX6 ULZ datasheet- DDR3 supports upto 400MHz clock rate with single channel.

Kindly confirm whether this can be down converted from the memory side for the below mentioned parts

Micron -- MT41J128M16JT-093:K TR

Windbond -- W632GG6MB-12 TR

And use the i.MX6ULL_DDR3_Script_Aid to configure DDR3.
