Installing platform drivers to iMXRT project

I am trying to generate board\pin_mux.c & .h using mex file and pins tool.

I comes up with an error telling me that I need resource platform.drivers.common, platform.drivers.iomuxc and platform.drivers.igpio

The project has obviously not been created properly, can I add these files or a path at this stage.

My colleague has directly edited the pinmux.c files ( not a good idea I know) but can I create this without completely regenerating the project?

I was wondering if you can present the error messages via screenshot , otherwise, I can't get an intuitive overview of the error actually.
In further, I'll appreciate it a lot if you can upload the mex file.
