Unfortunately, we do not have reference designs with external ADC IC integrated into the EVK.

Usually, these implementations are done using SPI interface and our BSP has a driver to manage SPI communication devices so, I suggest you look for and IC to meet your requirements and check if driver is available to use it in your custom BSP or develop the driver.
