Does IPU CSI has support for time multiplex BT656 video?

Hi ABEESH

IPU parallel CSI can receive only one stream, if it contains

data from several sensors (channels) it should be parsed in

software.

Thanks for the quick reply.

In my case, Video is coming from Pericom video decoder in BT656 TDM format, and it is connected to IPU0 CSI0.

CSI0/IDMAC can detect the BT656 TDM format to get video data to DDR ?

In my understanding, CSI0/IDMAC should get Embedded sync to get video data into DDR. In BT656 TDM format embedded sync is arranged in a different way than in normal BT656.

CSI hardware can recognize only normal BT656.
