IMXRT1015 Maximum external QSPI flash size

I need to know what is the maximum size for the external QSPI flash the iMX RT1015 can support. I found from the memory map on the datasheet that FlexSPI has around 512 MB (Megabytes) reserved. Is that the maximum size, I just need confirmation.

Theoretically and in a simple way, the maximum size will be determined by the available size for flexSPI in the memory map, like you point out. However, I do not have any test corroborating this, if you are trying to go for a memory of that size please verify before go to mass production.
