We recommend using the following workflow to troubleshoot issues: mmc-utils -> fio (stress testing/integrity verification) -> mmc_test (kernel tool). mmc-utils is used to assess the eMMC's health status, fio is used for stress testing and integrity verification, and mmc_test is used for lower-level driver/controller troubleshooting.
