IMX8MQ chip based gst-rtsp-server program latency

We have measured the delay of gst-rtsp-server based on IMX8MQ chip, the delay from mipi camera to VLC pulling stream is about 2s, what are the ways to accelerate it (e.g. GPU/DMA/Hardware Accelerator), how to program the gst-rtsp-server application, and how to analyze the delay where is it?

Which BSP are you using, since the latest one is 0.14 sec the delay, or check your stream.

We are using the uboot version 2018.03, the kernel version is 4.14.98, and the file system is shipped by the vendor! What is the latency of this version?
