IMX8MPLUS AND QT

Hi team,

I now have an Ubuntu22.04 host and an IMX8MPLUSEVK board. I burned the LF_v6.6.36-2.1.0_images_IMX8MPEVK.zip image on this board.

I want to develop a QT program on Ubuntu, cross-compile it and run it on the board. Does NXP officially provide a cross-compilation tool chain? Where should I download it and what else do I need to do?

Hi,

Please refer the section <4.5.12 How to build U-Boot and Kernel in standalone environment> of IMX_LINUX_USERS_GUIDE.pdf and be note that, the image to bitbake should be imx-image-full.
