IMX8M plus sata interface

Hi

We have a requirement of connecting SATA HDD to IMX8M Plus processor but we have only single lane PCIe 3.0 interface.

Can you please suggest converter from PCIe to sata interface to support extrenal HDD(2TB max)

Hi @Chethanbg,

I hope you are doing well.

One can use any compatible converter available in the market. However, i.MX8MPlus processor doesn't have a built-in SATA controller. To support SATA, an external controller, e.g. PCIe-to-SATA controller, should be used.
