IMX7D DRAM initialize, except use DCD

We use IMX7D in several  product with different DRAM size，and hope to use only one u-boot code to control all mode.

can we dynamic initialize DRAM in u-boot code except use  DCD?

About the dynamic initialize DRAM in u-boot code?  The answer is no, we can not dynamic control the DRAM.
