IMX7 SABRESD latest BSP and update details?

Hello Everyone,

We are doing custom board based on IMX7 sabresd. I have just started to port BSP for IMX7. When checking for yocto source for IMX7, I have downloaded the "fsl_yocto-L4.1.15_2.0.0-ga.tar.gz" document from the below link.

i.MX 7Dual Arm Cortex-A7 Processor|NXP  

I have followed "i.MX Yocto Project User's Guide" for yocto buil for IMX7. I just want to confirm below are the latest official sources for roots, kernel and u-boot as of today. 

Rootfs                 -  Release L4.1.15_2.0.0_ga for Yocto Project 2.1 (Krogoth).

kernel repo         -  git://git.freescale.com/imx/linux-imx.git;  Branch : remotes/origin/imx_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga

u-boot repo        -   git://git.freescale.com/imx/uboot-imx.git; Branch : remotes/origin/imx_v2016.03_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga

Can you please confirm the same? Also when can we expect the next official update for yocoto/kernel/u-boot for IMX7 BSP and what will be the updates frequency?

Hello,

   generally You are right - the recommended release for i.MX7 is L4.1.15.2.0. 

You may try the demo image :

Nevertheless, the recent BSP, also supporting i.MX7, is L4.1.15.2.1.
