IMX6ULL - Y1 and Y2 Difference

I have flashed the MFG tool for Programming IMX6ULL Y2 which is working fine.

But when i try to flash same MFG tool for Programming IMX6ULL Y1 , it is failing.

So may i know what is the difference between Y1 and Y2.

Is there any document available to know the difference?

You can see the features of these variants of the i.MX6ULL on Table 1 of the i.MX6ULL Datasheet (link below). You will see that there are lists of features for the Y0, Y1, Y2 and Y7 part variations.
