 what is the maximium density supported by IMX6SOLOX processor for NOR flash IC ?

Hi Deepa Sharma,

You can refer the imx6solox reference manual section 2.2 which provides the chip memory details along with its depth and range. For NOR flash with EIM interface the depth is 128 MB and for NOR flash with QSPI has the depth of  256 MB.
