From xrandr side, is there anyway to improve or make color corrections to LCD signals ? I have connected an LCD panel with correct mode settings manually in xrandr, but the brightness-contrast need to be adjusted !

Try to add xrand gamma, and brigthness args and check if it makes any difference, also setting bootarg "res=" to desired value.
