IMX 6 SOLO PWM Output control

We are trying to drive the buzzer in our design through PWM output line from solo processor .Now The buzzer requires minimum of 5 V .But PWM output is not enough to drive the buzzer . I wonder is there any possiblity that we can disable the internal pull-up and provide external pull-up of 5V to the PWM and drive that?

No , you can not do that. Here you can do as follow design:

Or you can use the LEVEL SHIFT circuit design.
