I.MX6Q SABRE BOARD eMMC boot error.

Hi,

we can boot on SD3 with SD Card. It's OK. But ı want to boot from eMMC4.4(SDIN5C2-8G) memory on board. I use MFG Tool for loading.

After loading u-boot,kernel and OS, the system doesn't boot, doesn't change anything in PUTTY.

Can you help me ?

Are you setting the dip switches to boot from EMMC?, these are: 1,2,4,6,7 (ON)

Yes of course.

I am going with the i.MX_6Dual6Quad_SABRE-SD_Linux_User's_Guide.pdf .

But I solved the problem like this;

I boot the system from SD card and when ı see 'Uncomperresing kernel' and 'loading kernel' in PUTTY, ı take out the SD card and system continue booting on eMMC.

I think U-boot is problem.

What about U-boot environment : SD and eMMC ones are very similar : for SD / MMC "mmc dev 2" is used ; for eMMC - "mmc dev 3".
